Career Summary:

Eamonn is a business growth strategist with more than 25 years of experience in helping companies transform and grow, with a track record of creating significant shareholder value.

He has held multiple senior leadership and C-level roles with top global companies: Powertech Labs (BC Hydro), Ballard Power Systems, Pirelli Cables, and Ford, across both multiple industries and phases of growth. He led the successful turnaround of two global companies (in manufacturing and in engineering), returning both to significant profitability and strong working capital positions.

Eamonn holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Lakehead University and an MBA (Finance) from University of Toronto / Rotman School of Management.  Eamonn completed Executive Education in Leading and Managing Change at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

He has sat on multiple boards in the commercial, academic, community and regulatory sectors. He currently sits on the boards of BC Special Olympics, Exro Technologies and Phantom Screens (Chair). Eamonn held an adjunct professor role at the UBC School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He was honoured with the BCIT Alumni Award for Professional Development and Career Achievement (2007), as is a recipient of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 Award (1999).​

Eamonn is a media commentator, speaker, and columnist on the topics of leadership and business growth. In 2017, Eamonn published his first book, The 1% Solution: How Small Daily Changes Produce Massive Long-term Results, which teaches aspiring business leaders the compounding habits of perseverance.
